 As a Research Librarian you will be responsible for providing research services involving legal, business, and general information sources to attorneys and staff using a variety of research tools.

This role will be located in our Madrid office.

Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities includeConducting domestic and international legal and non-legal research utilizing appropriate research tools, and analyzing results for relevancy and responsiveness to the specific research requestCompiling and organizing research results into a coherent, focused collection, accompanied by explanatory notes if relevant, to ensure material is readily understandable and actionable for the user.

Presenting results in the most appropriate form for the recipientMonitoring business, industry, and legal news sources for emerging developments regarding clients, industries, and practice areas, while utilizing aggregator platforms to assemble relevant results for distribution to end-usersPromoting awareness and delivering end-user training on research techniques and resourcesAssisting with library operational functions  We’d love to hear from you if youDisplay intellectually curiosity and have a passion for research and problem-solvingDemonstrate proficiency in transactional and litigation research, and a good knowledge of electronic and print resourcesEnjoy working within a collaborative and dynamic global team And haveA Bachelor’s or Master in Information or Library Science is preferredRelevant research experience in a law firm or other professional service entityLanguage proficiency in English and SpanishSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
