Your primary responsibility will be to support customers by entering orders, providing information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the seamless operation of our customer support services. Key Duties Handle general customer enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, including - Order management - Claims and returns - Warranty issues - Tracking of orders - Invoicing and cash collections across one or several markets Conduct administrative work in alignment with the EMEA Customer Support Support sales activities where applicable Assist in process improvement and implementations within the area Your backgroundu202f Educational background in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Clear communication skills with the ability to show empathy and use positive language Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position Experience in the Medtech industry is a plus Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous Good IT skills, with experience in D365 being an advantage Who Are Youu202f You are a result-oriented individual with a proven track record of seeing opportunities and getting things done.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with customers.

You are flexible, able to manage periods of volatile workload, and possess good IT skills, with experience in D365 being an advantage.
