We are looking for an IT Sourcing Expert (x|f|m) for the IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Department at Sartorius Spain S.A. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global IT sourcing position at Sartorius means you'll be navigating diverse stakeholder needs, aligning vendor strategies with business goals, and driving cost-efficient, high-quality IT outcomes. Grow with us u2013 Your Responsibilities Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies to meet business objectives, including hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms to secure favorable conditions while minimizing risks Analyze IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance Work closely with finance, and legal teams to align sourcing activities with organizational needs and compliance requirements. Stay informed on IT market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions. Assess and mitigate risks related to vendor performance, supply chain disruptions, and contract compliance Streamline procurement processes, leveraging technology ( e.g AI, Automation) and best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency Provide regular reports on sourcing performance , vendor metrics, and cost savings to senior management What will convince us Several years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing and vendor management related roles Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services. Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and build strong vendor relationships. Proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and vendor performance metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience managing sourcing projects, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with procurement softwares and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
