Descriptivo de la posicion en inglés Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring seamless execution and high performance. Team Management & Development Oversee and develop a team of supervisors and logistics professionals.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to ensure high engagement and performance. Customer-Focused Logistics Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, driving improvements in service levels and customer satisfaction while optimizing cost efficiency. Process Improvement & Lean Management Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow. KPI Management & Performance Tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, warehouse productivity, and operational costs.

Take proactive actions to meet and exceed targets. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, and sales, to align logistics operations with overall business goals. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards.

Foster a culture of safety and quality within the logistics operations. Your profile Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics). Fluent in Spanish and English. 7 years of experience in operations logistics or supply chain or customer service. Minimum 3 years of experience as people manager. Minimum of 1 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.
