In this role, youu2019ll work closely with the VP of South EMEA to support business performance, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiency.

Youu2019ll collaborate with commercial teams to support planning and ensure accurate, timely financial forecasts.

As part of the South EMEA Regional Leadership Team, youu2019ll provide clear financial insights and analysis to support informed, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Partner with commercial teams to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics. Guide strategic financial objectives across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management. Support the Commercial VP in shaping sustainable strategies at both cluster and country levels. Drive pricing governance for key tenders and portfolio initiatives. Deliver insightful variance, trend, and benchmark analysis to support business performance. Lead financial planning processes (monthly/quarterly forecasts, AOP, LRP). Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through financial modeling and investment analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Regional Controllers, and EMEA Finance. Participate in regional business reviews and contribute to executive-level reporting. Stay informed on market dynamics, therapies, and regional product knowledge through continuous learning. Education and Experience 8+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in a commercial or regional business partnering role. Strong hands-on experience with financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA (preferred). Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills for data presentation and storytelling. Fluent English / C1 Level Ability to influence across cultures and drive strategic outcomes in a matrix environment. Regular embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
