This role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs across all Talent Management & Talent Development initiatives .

It requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of talent processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and a consistent employee experience across regions . Key Responsibilities Project Management Support the process improvement within the function and assist in implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Talent leadership Delivery & Implementation of communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Support the Talent leadership team with accurate reports or presentations Actively support the development and implementation of processes new talent initiatives, contributing to the creation and execution of targeted programs and initiatives for those individuals Assist in implementing marketing and communication plan to publicize Talent programs Track key talent metrics and generate insights to inform program improvements. Maintain documentation and dashboards to support transparency and accountabilit y Global Onboarding Own and manage the global onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires Implement onboarding program, align the regional onboarding programs and provide new employees to align with the company's culture and values Performance Management Support the performance management process by providing guidance and resources to managers and employees Ensure the continuous tracking and development of goals between employees and their managers as per the defined process What we need to see from you Mandatory career gap of at least 6 months.

Not being working at the moment since this job opportunity is for those who want to dive back into work Bacheloru2019s degree in human resources , Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field and / or C ertification in Project Management 5 to 7 years of experience in project management / talen t development, or HR roles with a global scope Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive talent strategies Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, LMS platforms) is a plus Advanced English proficiency required.
