QE Tester Plain English Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Subject Matter Expert in Maps where you will leverage your expertise in Cards and Payments to drive innovative solutions.

With 2 to 4 years of experience you will play a crucial role in enhancing our services and ensuring seamless operations.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment during day shifts without the need for travel. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our Maps services. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve customer experiences. Utilize your expertise in Cards and Payments to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of our services. Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of our Maps services identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions. Develop and maintain documentation to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our services. Participate in project planning and execution ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Conduct training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices with team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our services remain competitive. Contribute to the development of new products and features that align with our business objectives. Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in English communication to facilitate effective collaboration and support. Possess in-depth knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain to drive relevant solutions. Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Show experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities. Display excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions. Have a track record of successful project participation and execution within the specified domain. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
