What you can look forward to as a Production Area Responsible  - Oversee and coordinate all stages of the brake pad manufacturing process - Lead and collaborate on actions necessary to meet quality standards and delivery times - Collaborate to implement continuous improvements in production processes - Lead and develop the production team, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Collaborate on the proper functioning and improvement of quality controls at all stages of production - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations - Collaborate with management and other company departments to ensure alignment of production goals with market needs  Your profile as a Production Area Responsible  - Industrial, Electromechanical, Automatic, or Chemical Engineering.

(We may consider other studies if you have extensive professional experience in positions like the required one) - Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments (preferably in the automotive industry, ideally in the manufacture of friction components such as brake pads and/or other spare parts) - Experience in team management, supervision, and scheduling of production processes (ideally with shift work) - Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes (ideally brake pads, including mixing, pressing, curing, and grinding) - Familiarity with industry quality and safety regulations (ISO, IATF, etc.) - Desirable Proficiency in production management tools (ideally ERPs, Office Automation, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) - Leadership and ability to motivate teams - Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage projects and optimize processes - Native Spanish and advanced level of English .
