Intern Agribusiness department Job ID 218154 Posted 16-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Consulting Location(s) Madrid - Madrid, Comunidad de - Spain About the Role As a CBRE Intern, you will support our Agribusiness team in a variety of areas while gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate advisory services, with a focus on agricultural investment. This job is part of the Agribusiness Spain team, which is responsible for supporting transactions, valuations, research, and business operations across various departments. This is a full-time internship based in Madrid and has a duration of 6 months.Preferred academic background is in agricultural engineering or similar fields - financial knowledge would be a plus What You'll Do Participate in on-the-job training across different departments, including advisory, strategic consulting, research and marketing. Assist with project management and execution under senior leadership guidance. Conduct research and market analysis to support various initiatives and ongoing projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and results. Attend and support internal meetings, seminars, and training sessions as needed. Provide support to management and other team members when required. What You'll Need Demonstrated interest in business and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications. Familiarity with QGis and/or Google Earth tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and work well with others. Flexibility to work across departments and handle a variety of tasks. Adaptability to change and ability to perform well under pressure. Fluent English communication.
