A student intern in the Food & Drinks department is responsible for helping to give customers a warm welcome, provide friendly treatment and offer an unforgettable guest experience\.

You will also need to have extensive knowledge of the menu offered and will be responsible for assisting in the following tasks to the highest standards o Contribute to high levels of customer service o Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food at the highest level o Provide support in the different outlets of the hotel "Reserva Grill" restaurant, "Ferrum" bar, Room Service, as well as in breakfast, lunch and dinner service and in the different events and banquets held at the hotel\. o Provide support in the preparation of staff meals o Manage customer relationships when necessary o Comply with and be fully aware of health and safety regulations o Perform tasks as may be assigned by the head chef or hotel manager o Complete all aspects of the training program o Positive attitude o Good communication skills o Commitment to providing a high level of customer service o Good presence o Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations o Possibility of working individually or in a teamo Willingness to learn u201cDiversity, Equity & Inclusion is at the core of who we are We are committed to an equitable and inclusive workforce that represents all ages, genders, sexual orientation, nationalities, ethnicities, disabilities, cultures and viewpoints\.
