What are we looking for Construction Claims Director. Functions Construction Claims Team Management, Technical analysis of claims, Management and negotiation of indemnities with insurance companies, Review, interpretation and improvement of insurance conditions.

Optimization of internal processes.

Active intervention in business development.

Follow-up and management of claims in international programs.

Data recording/analysis, use and development of computerized management and reporting tools. Resource requirements Technical training (MSc Civil Engineering preferred). High level of English and Spanish. Management skills. Analytical and negotiation skills. Commercial orientation. Availability to travel. 15-year Experience in the insurance sector (Loss Adjusting or Claims Management preferred). Office automation skills.
