Implement and execute capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Business Manager. Ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams and understanding project scope and technical requirements. Drive process improvements to meet financial targets. Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing performance and career growth. Support and promote a high-performance culture and business transformation initiatives. Define goals, performance metrics, and strategies in collaboration with leadership. Provide technical guidance and engineering judgment to support customer projects and resolve issues. Strengthen customer relationships, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with all policies, quality standards, and security practices. University degree (Bacheloru2019s or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product certification.

1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred). Project management expertise and strong customer management skills. Excellent communication in English & Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to promote technical solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, trust-building, and driving results. Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
