And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.   Our PeopleAt IE we arePeople-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.Your role as a a Business Analyst, will involve Process Mapping Analyze and document current processes (AS-IS) and design future processes (TO-BE) to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Process Modeling Use BPMN to model business processes and ensure alignment with the company''s strategic goals.Tools Utilize tools such as ARIS and Celonis for process optimization and analysis.Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and propose technological solutions.Project Management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are understood and properly implemented.Training Organize training sessions for staff on new technologies and processes implemented.To thrive in this role, you should have  Education Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
