As a Commercial Analytics and Operations Specialist, youu2019ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical decision-making in sales force effectiveness through innovative data analytics.

This role offers you the chance to make a relevant impact on our Spain Immunology Team.

A typical day might include Running analytics projects to extract, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights, while following company policies and procedures to maintain quality and prevent discrepancies. Build, update, and present reports to track key performance metrics across departments. Support sales and marketing initiatives by performing ad-hoc data analyses to uncover business opportunities, and supporting them with activity reports from our CRM system with the support of the CRM manager. Manage tools and processes for reporting sales analytics, customer data, and activity trends.

Tools like Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats, and Analytics Dashboards. Support administrative tasks to ensure Commercial Operations effectiveness This Role May Be For You If You enjoy data-driven projects and delivering insights that drive business decisions. Youu2019re proficient in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI and have experience working with CRM systems like Veeva. You have a knack for presenting complex data findings in a clear and compelling way. You have a collaborative approach and a positive, u201ccan-dou201d demeanor. To Be Considered The ideal candidate will have a Bacheloru2019s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of meaningful experience (3+ years in an analytics role).

Proficiency in pharmaceutical analytics and tools like Veeva CRM is essential.

Familiarity with SQL and experience working in a co-promotion or alliance environment is a plus.
