 Our People At IE we are People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge ChampionsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower and María de Molina. Your role as a an Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning  will involveCoordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.Development and implementation of programme guidelines.

Support professors´ assignation process together with the Area Directors.Gather professors´preferences and indications.Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.Activities´analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.Oversee the correct course performance.Inform studens about agendas´ adjustments.To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualificationsUniversity DegreeEnglish advanced 3 years’ experience in process/operations´ related positions.Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.Strong organization skills.Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.Excellent communications skills.Team player personHands-on approachMicrosoft Office.Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
